After a small percentage has been bled, our Merlot undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels. It is then aged for 12 months in American oak.

tasting notes
|
Reddish-purple colour, bright and clean. Very elegant bouquet, good complexity in the mouth with nice mature aromas of red berries which culminate in a lingering finish.
