The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 25ºC and 28°C. After a short maceration, the wine is aged in barrels for 9 to 12 months.

Intense cherry colour. Aroma that combines ageing with black and spicy fruit. In the mouth is fleshy and strong, with spicy and balsamic notes. Long and persistent.
