serving temperature A young, fruity wine exhibiting such aromatic fineness, is best served at a fairly cool temperature, between 13ºC and 15ºC
gastronomy An excellent companion to typical Spanish food such as paella, chorizo or cured ham, as well as rice dishes, white meats and young non- smoked cheeses.
