tasting notes This wine’s most outstanding trait is its balance between elegant aromas and a fine ensemble of flavours. It is tasty, well- structured and dry. Its flavourful character remains throughout ending in a long note of ripe fruit and spicy hints.
serving temperature We recommend serving this wine at between 18ºC and 20ºC.
gastronomy This wine is the ideal companion to special dishes, red meats and large game and cured cheeses.
