elaboration:
The grapes are picked up by hand from the previously selected vines. They are destemed, kept into barrels and drawed off when they acquire the suitable colour. Once they have been fermented at a low temperature, the wine is finally bottled.

tasting notes:
Cherry color tones, very bright. The aromas are intense and elegant, red and black fruits dominate (strawberry, currant, cranberry), we find hints of vanilla and licorice. Voluptuous in the mouth, the fruity notes are intense, the balance is harmonious, the scent lasts nicely.
production area:
The vines are gathered under the seal of quality ‘Denominació d'Origen Empordà'.
They are located on the highest part of the Ampurdan plain, on the range foot, creeping up the hills and spurs of Serra de la Baga de Ferran and the near Serra de l'Albera.
