Continuous and long lasting bubbling. Crown formation in appropriate glass.
smell analysis Intense and long lasting scents due to ageing process. With slight smells of cake shop and dried frutis. It has nuances from the variety bringing a touch of apricot and peach jellies.
taste analysis A slight spritz is felt on the palate from the well integrated fizz; it makes this wine more palatable.
It is mild on the palate, with sligiht flavour of dried fruits. Marked after taste and long persistance.
