tasting notes An attractive pale yellow. Intense nose, rich in notes of flowers and ripe fruit against an elegant backdrop of good ageing. This is a well-balanced wine, fresh with atasty, warm finish.
serving temperature Cool. Between 9ºC and 10ºC.
gastronomy We recommend this wine for rice and pasta dishes, patés, smoked salmon and seafood.
