elaboration

Wine made from grape varieties: White Garnacha (85%), macabeu (15%). Both are old vines -60 year old- grown on a type of soil known as ‘panal’ (in reality a fossilized sand dune) with very low yields.
Both grape varieties have been fermented in new French oak and then aged for 8 months in the same 300-litre barrels.

tasting
|
Complex flavors: floral and minerals. Potent in the mouth well balanced with a very integrated acidity that will bring to the wine a long life. Well done, full body, silky with a very long end, persistent and elegant.
